LINEPIPE CONNECTORS
Join LinePipe sections in the field quickly and easily, using hand tools

Fiberspar patented LinePipe connectors use mechanical compression and elastomeric seals and do not rely on glue, epoxies, or threads cut in the laminate. Connectors are easy to install using hand tools. Personnel can be quickly trained in the proper procedure. Fiberspar connectors have a design safety factor of more than four times the pipe operating rating.
Choose your preferred service-end option
There are two general types of Fiberspar Connectors. Pipe-to-pipe connections are used to join two lengths of LinePipe. Service-end connectors join Fiberspar LinePipe to your system or existing lines. Service end connectors are available with:
- Weld Prep - Suitable for welding to existing steel lines
- Welded on Flange - 150, 300, 600, 900 or 1500 Series ANSI Flanges
- Threaded - 8 Round EUE pin or box or API Line Pipe Thread
- Custom end-preps available on request
Fiberspar connectors are available in:
- 316 Stainless Steel
- 4140 Alloy Steel
- 1018/1026 Weldable Steel
All non-stainless connectors have a nickel-plated surface, which is suitable for harsh oilfield environments. Arctic grades and special materials, coatings, or markings are available on request.
Fast and simple to install
A few hand tools are all that's required to install Fiberspar connectors. Total assembly time per connector is about 25 minutes or less in most applications. Connectors are easy to handle. Connectors are also reusable.
The combination of Fiberspar LinePipe and our patented connectors offers remarkable benefits unavailable anywhere else. And they all add up to one thing: lower lifecycle costs for your flowlines.
